This course will address the differences between the reproductive system during the time of the Nei Jing, when cycles of seven governed a woman's reproductive cycles; and today's six year cycles. We will study chapter 8 of the Su Wen apply its wisdom to addressing the reproductive excesses common in modern times. The course topics will include hormonal excesses, the impact of frenetic cycling, and how to reduce the reproductive excesses with lifestyle, dietary therapy, acupuncture, and herbal therapy.
